I have found out that NEWS stands for North, East, West and South. Practically, it means anything and everything that happens anywhere and everywhere. But out of everything that happens everywhere, which one is news worthy? Journalists follow this principle: if a dog bites a man, that’s not news. When a man bites a dog, that’s news! I guess, that’s enlightening.

WHAT’S NEWS?
I have found out that NEWS stands for North, East, West and South. Practically, it means anything and everything that happens anywhere and everywhere. But out of everything that happens everywhere, which one is news worthy? Journalists follow this principle: if a dog bites a man, that’s not news. When a man bites a dog, that’s news! I guess, that’s enlightening.
