I don’t usually blog about celebrities but this Filipina singing sensation is truly worthy of mention. She has made it to fame through her “You Tube” videos and the famous TV host Oprah Winfrey no less, has taken notice of her powerful singing voice. When Oprah has invited Charice to grace her show, everything has changed for the young Filipina singer.
It is not everyday that we get to see a Filipino making it good in a foreign land. Recently, she has been included in the new season of the TV show “Glee” as “Sunshine Corazon”. The episode that has featured her entry into the show has been a much awaited event for Filipinos. Indeed, she has become a precious jewel in the eyes of Filipinos all over the world as a new international star in the making.
