I don’t know if this is true but it seems legitimate. What I really don’t know is if the applicants for this human settlement in planet Mars are firmly decided.
This is an amazing development in space science. A US company is building a human settlement in planet Mars? Decades ago, this would have been preposterous and ridiculous! In this time and age, the idea seems welcome to many.

The application fee is even less than $50 bucks and if I remember it right, there are already 10,000 applicants to this ambitious project but I cannot blame those who are skeptical. It’s just a one-way trip, there’s no turning back. You just can’t change your mind while on your way up to the red planet.
I just can’t help but wonder, “Will there still be internet out there?” “Can they still communicate with their family through Skype or Facebook even occasionally?” Whew!
What is sure I guess is that the training to qualify for the trip will never be easy.
