If you want to know your ideal weight, first get your height in centimeters. Then subtract 100 from it. Then subtract from the difference the tenth of it. The resulting difference is equivalent to your weight in kilograms. Convert it into the equivalent pound to find out the standard weight.

Ex. 5 feet and 9 inches =

- 7.526
67.734 kg = 149 lbs

If you think you are overweight, then try to lose some weight but don’t get sick! You did not grow that big overnight. According to nutritionists, 2 pounds per week weight loss is good enough.
